The SMEC/SP/SI/BP sales person supports all customers, partners & products in the small and medium enterprise space (<250 employee size)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer campaign specific inbound calls, emails and www requests, capture info in SFDC
- Outbound campaigns to prospect lists, embedded base lists, renewal lists, etc.
- Assess customer needs and sell the solution - Qualify customers for other opportunities/products/needs
- Transfer customer upstream through phone or SFDC upon qualified opportunity
- Provide overflow support to transactional & triage teams when needed
- Able to sell through customers, partners or partner sales reps

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (Business Administration or other related disciplines)
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- High level of commitment to exceptional performance and relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Self-motivated “driver” with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Successfully complete Agent Training Program
- Call Center Metrics: Offered, Answered, Abandoned, Speed, Handle Time, Outbound Call Metrics
- Lead Metrics: Revenue, Transactions, Quotes, Opportunities, Discounting, Product Penetration
- Key Ratios: Close Rate, Revenue/Transaction, Margin Percentage (Discount %), Opportunity ID Rate
- Transfer Metrics: Opportunity ID Rate by Type, Upstream Close Rates & Revenue, Accuracy of ID
- Customer Experience Metrics: Satisfaction, Accuracy of Information, Accuracy of Transfer
