The triage agent is responsible for answering inbound activity (calls) during business hours delivering to the right location across the sales organization and closing small sales.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer general number inbound calls, emails leads and world wide web requests
- Triage customers for needs and traffic to right group/location/person
- Provide answers to basic questions where possible
- “Voice of Company” to customers and partners
- Fulfill an expected customer experience need
- Entry of relevant & timely information in Salesforce.com and other tools
- Outbound campaigns

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree (Business Administration or other related disciplines) preferred
- 1 to 2 years of work experience preferred
- High level of commitment to exceptional sales performance and relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
- Self-motivated “driver” with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel
- Experience in sales strongly preferred

- Successfully complete Triage Agent Training Program
- Call Center Metrics
- Offered, Answered, Abandoned, Speed, Handle Time and other basics
- Transfer Metrics: Who is calling, why, where are we sending them
- Customer Experience Metrics: Satisfaction, Accuracy of Information, Accuracy of Transfer
- Revenue Metrics: Close rate, revenue acquired and downstream revenue
