- Someone to promote our outstanding candidates to perspective clients
- Excellent prospecting experience with an understanding of successful sales activity
- Good understanding of basic business processes and communications skills
- Ability to work with sales assistants to place candidates according to need

- Minimum range of 2 -5 years experience in sales
- Excellent phone skills and communication
- Resilience and Perseverance
- Computer literate – Word, Excel, and general PC knowledge.
- Ambitious and willing to take the necessary steps to pitch candidates
- Experience in cold calling
- Must be able to negotiate and close
